P&P and Returns - Please Read Carefully

P&P:

1. All items are despatched within 4 working days. If your item(s) will take any longer than this you will be contacted and informed of the delay.

2. Most items are despatched via Royal Mail. Large and bulkier items are sent via a courier. Any multiple orders will be sent and any overpayment of P&P will be refunded back to you.

3. We can now send up to 20kg for less than £10.00 so any overpayments of this will be refunded back to you.......... although this excludes breakable items. If you wish to return an item to us you are responsible for the P&P charges we will not refund these to you unless it is our mistake.

5. Any queries on coat/bed sizes can be asked before ordering - we are always happy to help.

6. For International orders please contact direct, stating the item(s) you are interested in purchasing and also the sizes. We will quote you for Airmail charges and also Airmail charges with loss and damage insurance.



Returns:


1.
You may return a purchase for a full refund within 14 days, if the merchandise in its original, unopened package and for selected merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

2. Occasionally, pet supply manufacturers make changes to the colour or minor changes to their product design. You may return a purchase for a full refund within 14 days, if the merchandise in its original, unopened package and for selected merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories. We will not refund shipping costs in these circumstances.

3. We can not give refunds or credits on toys (particularly plush toys) destroyed or chewed up by your dog, except when guaranteed by Manufacturer.

4. Some manufacturers require that they handle any replacements or refunds. In these cases, we will provide you their email or phone number, so you may contact them.

5. Send an email to with the following information:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Product to be returned
  • Date Purchased or Order Number
  • Reason for Return
6. We will provide you an address for shipment. We will notify you via email of your refund, once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

7. Please enclose the Original Packing Slip in the packet. Seal the package securely and send it to the address provided via Royal Mail standard postal service - AND RETAIN YOUR PROOF OF POSTING.. If you do not have the Packing List, enclose a copy of the email authorizing the Return.
